I had the pleasure of fishing with Captain Dakota a few weeks ago, and it was a blast. I didn’t catch the “big one,” but I caught 9 different species of fish. From redfish to snook to grouper and even a puffer. The rod was bent most of the 6 hours we were out, and when it wasn’t, Captain Dakota was formulating a plan for a new spot to go get hooked up. Captain Dakota makes the trip special every time I fish with him. Next time I am in Bradenton, I know what I will be doing, fishing with Captain Dakota.

Absolutely wonderful trip with Dakota. I can’t recommend him strongly enough. Put us on the fish all day long and really took care of us. Very genuine guy who knows his stuff and does everything he can to make it the best trip possible This. is our second trip out with him and we won’t be looking elsewhere for our next trip. Huge shoutout to Captain Dakota for a fantastic fishing trip near Siesta Key! It was freezing out, but he kept the energy high and the fish biting. It was such a cool experience for our boys to see fish so different from what we have in MN. He cleaned our fish and even recommended a restaurant that cooked our catch afterward. Such a memorable family day!

Dakota was recommended to me by a few different people. Really glad I booked with him. He was friendly and funny. My boyfriend and I both had a great time with him. We were catching nonstop! We caught too many sheep head to count. They were all humongous as well. We also caught some gag, grouper, snapper, trigger, fish, and grunt. He is also not a minute man which I really liked. I’ve been on some guides services where they try to cut you off right when your time is up. I like that he didn’t do that.

Had a nice time out on Captain Bill’s boat. They were very helpful and ensured we enjoyed our time out on the boat. Fishing conditions could have been better, but, that’s how fishing goes!

Billy gave us a great big welcome and made us feel right at home. He and his crew had a plan but conveyed they were flexible to our interests. They were extremely competent and were a lot of fun. I'd recommend them to anyone!
